(2009) ) varying\nthe k, the number of columns and rows used, and its final\npurposes to help find the stage, which minimizes the relative\nerror to reduce matrix dimension. The goal of CUR Decomposition\nis to give a better interpretation of the matrix decomposition\nemploying proper variable selection in the data matrix, in a\nway that yields a simplified structure. Its origins come from\nanalysis in genetics. The goal of this package is to show an\nalternative to variable selection (columns) or individuals\n(rows). The idea proposed consists of adjusting the probability\ndistributions to the leverage scores and selecting the best\ncolumns and rows that minimize the reconstruction error of the\nmatrix approximation ||A-CUR||.
